HBL Branchless Banking complaint
Dear Sir,
It is astonishing for me that our complaint has been resolved by saying that banking mohtasib is the correct forum to highlight this issue but please be informed that wafaqi mohtasib only deals with minor banking issues like cheques dis_honor etc. However, our complaint is a national titanic issue, worth more than two billions rupee mis- management by the bank that caused total loss to HBL Express 144 franchises throughout Pakistan.
secondly, before jumping to conclusion some authorities must have to call us to discuss the supporting details of our complaint to prove legality of our claim.
It is worth to mention that we have complain to Prime minister of Pakistan not to police station that just resolved the issue with out listing our views.
Therefore, your are humbly requested to call both parties on the table for understanding the depth of the case.
It worth to highlight that 144 businessmen have became beggars, even not having money to keep their kitchen warm.
Therefore, could you please re-consider our request for the proper solution and press hard HBL to compensate our loss because HBL is the solely responsible of our entire investment because of their project failure as they were unable to stream line the operation of the branchless banking,
On the other hand we have tried our best for success of HBL Branchless Banking project.
Please note that apperent cause of this project failure was Say_Base 365 computer operating system and inexperience operational team, later entire bank operations team had been terminated by the Bank management due to their poor performance that caused the project failure even after four years continues operations but there zero success.
